Our story

Your neighborhood pack & ship.

Midlands Pack & Ship is a locally owned service center at 10508 Two Notch Road in Elgin, SC. We opened our doors to give Elgin and Northeast Columbia a convenient, friendly place to handle packing, shipping preparation, mailbox rental, printing, notary services and more, all in one stop.

Whether you’re preparing a package, picking up mail from your private mailbox, printing business materials, notarizing a document or taking passport photos, our goal is to make the process simple, personal and stress-free.

Real people helping real people, face to face.

We believe in old-fashioned customer service. Unlike big-box shipping stores, we take the time to walk you through every option and make sure your package, print job or document is handled right the first time.

Whether you’re a small business owner who needs regular packing, printing and mailbox services, or a neighbor who stops in once a season to ship a gift, you’ll always get the same personal attention.
